Mario Kart 7 Ads Starring Boy Band Arashi Streamed

Nintendo to release racing game on 3DS in early December
Nintendo began streaming four television commercials with the Japanese boy band Arashi for its Mario Kart 7 racing game on Thursday. Mario Kart 7 will be the first 3D title in the Mario Kart series when it debuts on the Nintendo 3DS on December 1 in Japan, on December 4 in North America, and on December 2 in Europe.
Arashi member Kazunari Ninomiya (Gantz's Kei Kurono, Tekkonkinkreet's Kuro) starred in a commercial campaign for the Super Mario 3D Land platform game last month.
