posted on by Joseph First
Bandai Namco Games began streaming a second promotional video for its upcoming PlayStation 3 port of The IDOLM@STER 2 game. The game will feature much of the same content as the original Xbox 360 version as well as the ability to choose between nine idols to form a group of three.
As a cross promotion, Bandai Namco and Sega's Project Diva will create Hatsune Miku downloadable content. Players will be able to download Hatsune Miku's costume as well as several songs. The port from the Xbox 360 console will ship in Japan on October 27. In the original Xbox 360 game, the player manages the careers of 10 aspiring Japanese idol singers as a producer.
Crunchyroll is streaming the new television anime adaptation of the game franchise outside Japan, as it airs in Japan.
