Voice Actress Aya Hirano: Name My Fan Club on Twitter

After announcing her new management agency Grick, voice actress Aya Hirano asked people to submit suggestions for her new fan club's name on Twitter on Sunday. People who suggest names on Twitter should add the "#AYA_FC" hashtag to their posts. Hirano's former management, Space Craft Entertainment, shut down her old Aya Dama fan club on Saturday.
Hirano noted that, as she expected, two of the more popular first suggestions she received were "Aya Style" and "Lifeliners." "Aya Style" is a reference to a much-publicized magazine photo shoot where she wore a bikini top the wrong way. "Lifeliners" is the name that some followers adopted for themselves; Hirano had criticized those who first made a "lifeline" connection with her, and then responded negatively to her when she revealed aspects of her life that they did not like.
After thanking her followers for their name ideas, Hirano asked them to await the announcement of the fan club's finalized name.
Hirano created her "hysteric_barbie" Twitter account last year to promote the launch of her 10th CD single of the same name. Despite planning to use it for only one day, she has continued to use the account and now has over 234,000 followers.
