Vocaloid Kaito's Song Adapted into Stage Musical

A musical based on the Vocaloid Kaito song "Cantarella" will run in Shibuya's Space Zero theater in Tokyo from August 3 to August 7. The Prince of Tennis musical (Tenimyu) director Yukio Ueshima will direct the musical. Kentarō Kanesaki (Tenimyu's Genichirō Sanada) and Daisuke Watanabe (Tenimyu's Kunimitsu Tezuka) will star in the musical. The musical will also be streamed live on the Nico Nico Douga video streaming website.
The "Cantarella" music video on Nico Nico Douga currently has more than 1.5 million views since the video was originally posted in February 2008.
Another musical based on Saint Seiya anime's 1st film, will be held on the same stage from July 28 to July 31. That musical will also be streamed live on Nico Nico Douga.
