The international re-release of NEON GENESIS EVANGELION does not contain "FLY ME TO THE MOON" in any of its home video editions.

Please note that this edition does not include the Bonus Classic Dub and Subtitled Versions featured on the Ultimate and Collector’s Edition.

Disc 5 was replaced due to lacking subtitles on the "THE END OF EVANGELION - Deleted Live Action Scene" bonus feature. The replacement disc has UPC 826663224313 printed on a sticker found on the back of the mailing envelope. The replacement disc can be identified by R1 printed after the SKU at the bottom of the disc.
