Plot Summary:
Honey Kisaragi is a normal school girl, well actually she's an android, who just so happens to be able to transform into the red-headed-sword-wielding-heroine, known as Cutie Honey. Panther Claw, who ruthlessly gamble bystanders lives, are set on obtaining her power (the Fixed System of Air Elements) and will stop at nothing.
