Plot Summary:
Aeon Flux is a mysterious and amoral secret agent from the country of Monica. Her motives or background are left unexplained, as are those of her antagonist/love, Trevor Goodchild. On her missions, she deals swift, bloody "justice" to all that oppose her.

Not exactly an Anime; Aeon Flux was produced entirely in North America.
Originally aired as a segment in MTV's alternative cartoon anthology Liquid Television, Aeon Flux spawned its own series following its immense popularity. Peter Chung's subsequent show, Reign: The Conqueror (Alexander Senki), was animated by Madhouse and is therefore arguably Anime.
