Plot Summary:
Upon witnessing the abduction of scientist Dr. Keitaro Shiba by the terrorist group Neo-Shocker, Hiroshi Tsukuba is critically wounded by one of the group's mutant underlings, Dr. Shiba converts Hiroshi into a cyborg to save his life. Hiroshi transforms into Sky Rider and uses his abilities to combat Neo-Shocker.
