Plot Summary:
Toppei, a young boy from a village of vampires who transform into animals, dreams of becoming an animator. He comes to Tokyo and starts to work for the famous animator Osamu Tezuka, but his clan and his ability to transform into a wolf are discovered by the evil criminal mastermind Makube Rokuro, a.k.a. Rock. Toppei and Tezuka struggle to oppose Rock and the other vampires, who want to use their transforming powers to overthrow human civilization and return mankind to an animal state in which humans will be liberated from morality and conscience.
