The Super Milk-chan Show (TV)

Have you seen this? want to / seen some / seen all

©2003 FG/SSNW/SPLX/RTK/ADV

Alternative title:
Oh! Super Milk-chan
OH! スーパーミルクチャン (Japanese)
Themes: dark comedy
Objectionable content: Intense
Plot Summary: Milk-chan is a drooling, potty-mouthed baby who lives in an apartment with an obsolete robot named Tetsuko, a slug named Hanage, and an uncontrollable pet named Robodog. Whenever the President calls, Milk-chan and the gang rush to the scene to solve any type of problem - whether it's stopping a money counterfeiter hungry for Belgian waffles or counseling a school of drunk fish. At the same time, they have to avoid a nagging landlord, as they're six months behind their rent.

Comment:
The DVD release by ADV Films features two versions: the original Japanese episodes (Super Milk-chan and Oh! Super Milk-chan) and The Super Milk-chan Show, which replaces the Japanese live-action footage with short skits of the ADV voice cast and production crew at work. In addition, many of the jokes have been changed for the American audiences.
