FLCL's Haruko Haruhara

In the above image, an unidentified cosplayer portrays Haruko Haruhara, a lead character in Gainax's 2000 OAV FLCL. In the series, Haruko first appears by running over the main character with her Vespa, then joining his household as a maid. However, her entrance serves as the catalyst for a series of bizarre events revolving around a fight between three different entities, including Haruko herself.

The photo was taken at Otakon 2011, which took place in Baltimore, Maryland from July 29 to 31.
