Sega Trademarks 'Shining Seed' in Japan

Sega filed a trademark for “Shining Seed” in Japan on January 28 and the trademark was made public on February 10.
Sega launched its Shining game franchise with Shining in the Darkness in 1991, and Shining Resonance, the most recent main game, shipped for the PlayStation 3 in December. The 2010 Shining Hearts role-playing game inspired the Shining Hearts: Shiawase no Pan- television anime.
