Wouldn't it make more sense to have an Uta no Prince sama special karaoke room....

gigantic murals of the characters, who will stare at you disapprovingly while you try to sing

I should be weirded out by this, but it sounds hilarious. They should be calling the particularly bad singers names as well to complete the experience. "Get off the stage, pancake. You suck!"
