Bandai claims that it will be available worldwide, and by worldwide they mean South Asia.

Perhaps your not familiar that with the Gundam franchise planning. There's always merchandise, model kits, tie-ins and promos ready to go long before a series even airs. It wouldn't surprise me if the games almost done too. They kind of just have that much confidence in the brand it at this point.
