Cool. Hope they keep the same voices so it does not sound akward.

Yay! I hope they get them up there soon. I mean holy crap took them long enough. at least they are dubbing shippuden. Does anyone know any new cast for shippuden? I mean like the voice of sasori, deidara, and so on. I know in ep.135 (i think) in the english dub Quinton Flynn did Deidara... But did they change it?

To the best of my knowledge the voice actors for Akatsuki are the same for Shippuden as they were in ep 135. (except for Deidara)

I watched the first series in dub form and I've been putting off Shippuden until its dub. I can't wait.

I also stopped collecting the box sets at ten. So the sooner Shippuden comes to box set format the better as well.

Thank God! I was praying they would dub it. And although alot of people kept saying they would, im just glad an actual official announcment has finally been made about it. Smile

Awesome, the Naruto dub rocks and I'm happy to see they are officially continuing it. If this had gone sub-only it would be a disaster for my personal morale, as this is (outside of the filler) my favorite Shounen anime.

And the Naruto dub didn't sound awkward to begin with?

As dubs go, no, not particularly.

Got to thinking, if Naruto doesn't return to Cartoon Network it would be an excellent fit for Sci Fi Channel's SyFy rebranding.

The game has been out for ps2 in japan forever so it's not really new.

And YES! Finally, final freakin-ly, jesus took long enough. MORE CRISPIN FREEMAN and his 5 lines. Wonder who they'll choose for Sai?

We technically knew it would be dubbed. VA's (Sasuke and Temari in that interview) already spoke about it in detail and besides, if shippudden wasn't dubbed, then what could be? Nothing else is more popular right now.

What the question is, is where are these new episodes going to be seen? On uncut boxsets? That would be a bummer.

-squeals- Yes! Thank you Viz for such wonderful news. ^^ I love the Naruto dub, and I can't wait to see more episodes. And especially with the same cast, since the dub cast freaking rocked it.

Well its just exciting since we knew that for so long, but it was starting to look like it wouldn't come out since Cartoon Network was being ghey. I think most of the main characters dub actors had already stated long ago that they dubbed quite a bit. Yuri Lowenthal and Tara Platt as you mentioned, Maile did, Crispin did, Liam did, Skip did, Kate did, and probably some others but its been so long I've forgotten Sad lol.
