Yes, they both had UK home releases from Manga Entertainment in previous years, and the first film had an additional home release from Anime Limited in 2017.

This also has to be at least the third UK release of FSN, and I thought Magus Bride had been released before too.

Yes, Magus Bride had a previous UK home release, but that was in two halves.
