As mentioned in the article, the series had a choppy run production wise, which certainly wouldn't help things. Add to that, from what I've heard, the series itself is lackluster to say the least; a continued downward slide that the last several entries in the franchise have generally experienced. The comedic tone, the introduction of yet another new summoning method, have all been negatives I hear brought up about the series (and no positives), so it's likely on the lower end of dubbing priority, if it gets one at all.

From my understanding, at least a chunk of Sevens has been dubbed for some time now, it just seems like it hasn't found a home anywhere yet. It's more surprising to me that it hasn't been subbed yet since Crunchy was so gung-ho about Yugioh subs for a while.

Most likely it will be picked up by Pluto TV who has a deal with Konami for the Yugioh dubs and they streamed the Vrains dub.

Hopefully this one gets a simulcast. I still find it weird we went from VRAINS being simulcasted to no simulcast for Sevens.

But the summoning mechanic Sevens introduced (Maximum) is different than the ones 5D's-VRAINS introduced. It's a hand mechanic instead of an extra deck one, a change of pace a lot of Yu-Gi-Oh! fans welcomed.

Can somebody translate the Japanese text into English and other languages please?

It was taken from the opening credits for Yu-Gi-Oh! Sevens.

However, like some modern anime movies and shows, the production committee doesn't credit the companies' name for some reason. The following companies who were the members of the production committees besides TV Tokyo Corporation are Shueisha Inc. and Konami Holdings Corporation or Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. (KDE) but I don't know which company was it either Konami Holdings or KDE due to the lack of evidence or sources? But if unknown that Kazuki Takahashi was listed in the opening credits or not?
