I decided to watch these three movies on a whim last year, while the plot wasn't exactly the best imo the art and animation were really great. Maybe I should rewatch them at some point, they're not particularly long (only 50 minutes each).

I've been meaning to watch these for a while, as I love anime adaptations of stuff like this, and this gives off serious World Masterpiece Theater vibes considering Nippon Animation did the character designs.

Yes, and they're free with Prime, both sub and dub.

The movies feel like a rather uninspired and bland Castle In The Sky knock off. Wouldn't recommend watching them.

I felt like these really dragged on in an attempt to justify there being three separate movies. I know there's a compilation film with a smaller runtime. Might be more enjoyable that way.
