Damn, 2020 will really be hitting the nostalgia feels for me, with DBZ Kakarot having the opening with Cha-La Head Cha-La, Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna movie will have the original opening as it's theme and then Final Fantasy 7 Remake.

Might as well add the Resident Evil 3 remake, and the Megaman Zero collection to that nostalgia list

didn't we only JUST have a Dragonball game that was mega hyped up. Now what? are the peoples supposed to flock to this new game, discarding that one now? Am I suppose to assume that another game will come out next year making people forget about this one just as instantly? Rolling Eyes

I agree it is a bit silly to do a whole nostalgia push for a series that has been pumping out numerous games, movies, manga, anime, and merchandise nonstop since it's conception back in the 80s, but it works. Pokemon has done it as well recently. It's mainly to attract the older fans who grew out of the franchise and never got into the newer stuff. I'm not sure if you're referring to Xenoverse 2 or Fighters in terms of what it's replacing, but I'm sure those two games will still have their fanbases and purposes. It's a big franchise.

Didn't care for another version of the opening but I will say it's about time they started using Kageyama's version of Cha-La Head-Cha-La again after so long since they had been using the awful FLOW version for the last four games (two of which had it as part of their soundtrack DLC) so it's good to hear that again.

Along with Bayonetta 1 & Vanquish since they're getting a 10th Anniversary steelbook.
