The concept of this is kind of weird, since anime characters are voiced by humans, and this thing seems to be a voice synthesizer that makes you sound like a Vocaloid. It's hard to tell, though, because that melodramatic video only had like one second of audio from the device.
I can't see this being used in place of an actual megaphone, but maybe the whole "practical uses" theme is part of the joke? |
