If you mean that this is a harem anime, I'm afraid you'll quickly find you're wrong. SciADV places very little relevance on romance, aside from the main pairing if at all, and this is probably the darkest SciADV title out of the lot of them.

The designs look nice, but I still worry for this anime. Chaos;Head proved to me the difference between what was a very good visual novel and a very poor anime adaptation, and it's like they're different entirely. Gien that this is based far heavier towards Chaos head rather than Steins;Gate, I feel like they're going to approach it the same way, and that would be terrible. We've waited a fairly long time for this though, so at least the budget should be better (I still have hope for a Chaos;Head Noah anime reboot). I really hope they do a good job on it, but history is not on its side.

Why did they change Kunosato's VA? Taneda Risa did a fantastic job in the VN. It's the only change, too.
I've only read one ending so far, but it's really good. I hope they do it justice. At the very least, the lessons learned by Chaos;Head and the time since the announcement makes me think it'll probably be 2-cours long. That should prevent it from being a total and complete disaster.

Thats not how harem anime works. Main protagonist male surrounded with multiple females even with no love feeling towards him qualified for harem genre. Chaos;Head was one of them and it is really a bad series.

People generally don't consider Steins;Gate a harem, though.
I can understand wanting to call something a harem purely on terms of its characters' gender ratio, but what's the point of a harem if there's no romantic involvement? After all, the word itself (outside of anime) is used to describe multiple women sharing one husband.
Also, I have not seen the Chaos;Head anime, but it was a good VN. It certainly wasn't bad just because it had a male protagonist surrounded by females.

I'm assuming you've only watched the anime for Chaos;Head? I'm not saying everyone must find the visual novel good, but it is far, far better than the anime.
Anyways, I disagree with your definition on what makes a harem. I can see why you would define something as one from gender ratio alone, but really it's a standard VN setup, and I don't think every VN can be described as a harem. In the original Chaos;Head novel, there aren't even multiple routes for each heroine (there are with Steins;Gate and Chaos;Head Noah), just 3 - normal ending, good (true) ending and bad ending (also a fake bad ending, so 4 I guess). At the very very least, I don't think the common negatives associated with a "harem" series apply to SciADV at all, because there is practically no focus on romance.
