The animation quality is quite poor. Way different than Love Hina's.
Personally, I liked the OP and ED. |

i also thought the animation was poor, but i wondered if it was a side effect from watching air before this =P
i'm not familiar with the manga (is this a ken akamatsu work?) but it seems less servicey than i expected it to be. so far it's decent. didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth (like dearS or maburaho), but it didn't exactly leave a stunning impression on me either. but the animation looks really cheap. |

They probably had to spend most of their budget on the 32 voice actors that are in the anime, so they didn't have enough to do some top quality animation.

Negima comic book version is so great work. Certainly, It needs much cost to hire 32 voice actors. I can't believe that without movie such as Miyazaki works. It needs much budget, So, they can't use budget for prodcuting anime.
By the way, Negima's voice actor CD seem to be sold well.  h
