New ADV Licenses

ADV Films announced today at Shiokazecon that they have acquired the second season of UFO Ultramaiden Valkyrie (UFO Princess Valkyrie ~ December Nocturne) and they have also acquired DVD rights to Ellcia, a title they previously released on VHS.
