Kimagure Orange Road Artist to Return

Mainichi has an English article about Izumi Matsumoto, the creator of Kimagure Orange Road. Matsumoto was forced to give up manga due to a medical condition. He is now better and wants to bring attention to the ailment, called cerebrospinal fluid disease, with a new manga.
