Three movies and Two OAV's on the Way
North Star Pictures has announced a new Fist of the North Star project, entitled Hokuto no Ken: Shin Kyûseishu Densetsu (Fist of the North Star: New Saviour Legend), that will span three theatrical releases and 2 OAV releases.
One movie will be released each spring from 2006 throuogh 2008.
The first movie, Hokuto no Ken: Raoh Gaiden Junai-hen, will be theatrically released nationwide by TOHO in the spring of 2006.
In fall 2006, the first OAV, Hokuto no Ken: Raoh Gaiden Gekitô-hen, will be released.
The second movie, Hokuto no Ken: Yuria Densetsu, will be released theatrically in the spring of 2007.
The second OAV, Hokuto no Ken: Toki Densetsu, will be released in fall 2007.
And the final movie, Hokuto no Ken: Kenshirô Densetsu, will be released in the spring of 2008.
Tsukasa Hōjō will work on character designs for the new characters, while Hiroshi Abe will voice the lead role.
