Errata: Say Hello to Black Jack

We stated that the manga Say Hello to Black Jack is an adaptation of Osamu Tezuka's Black Jack. This is not quite true, Say Hello to Black Jack is a tribute Tezuka to Black Jack, and slightely inspired by Black Jack, but it does not feature the character of Black Jack.
