Introduction

All the residents are unfortunate?! A daily life with pitiful people sharing one boarding house roof.

Story

Thanks to his parents' job transfer, Usa, a high school freshman, finally gets to enjoy living on his own like he always wanted to in Kawai Complex, a boarding house that actually still provides meals for its residents. Ritsu, the sempai he always admired also lives in Kawai Complex, and he dreams of a fun high school life, but…?

In addition to Ritsu, he's surrounded by the other unique, misfortunate individuals living in Kawai Complex: his masochistic roommate, Kinosaki; A beautiful, big-breasted woman with no luck in finding men who often gets drunk, Mayumi; and a sly, predatorial college woman, Ayaka. Surrounded by all these people, Usa finds his daily life getting pulled around…!!

Will he ever be able to live the high school life he dreamed of?! !

Characters

	Kazunari Usa VA:Yuichi Iguchi Thanks to his parent's job transfer, he's now boarding at Kawai Complex. He's an honest high school freshman, and he admires Ritsu, an older girl living in Kawai Complex as well.
	Ritsu Kawai VA: Kana Hanazawa A sophomore at the same high school as Usa. She's always reading a book, and because of that she has few friends and shows little interaction or expression, but sometimes she does show a few cute sides expected of a high school girl. Ritu's mother is the owner of Kawai Complex.
	Kinosaki VA:Go Shinomiya Usa's roommate. His nickname is Shiro. His job is unknown. He's a true masochist. He's completely harmless, and actually prefers it when people harm him.
	Mayumi Nishikino VA: Rina Satou A beautiful, big-breasted, glasses wearing office lady. But her luck with men is abysmal, and since she's always getting thrown around and dumped by different men, her mood swings are fierce, and sometimes Usa and Shiro become the victims of such a swing.
	Ayaka Watanabe VA:Hisako Kanemoto At first glance she's a cute college woman, but she's sly, clever, and dark when it comes to the way she handles men, and she often leaves accurate criticisms of Mayumi's ability as a “bad-man catcher”.
	Sumiko VA:Sanae Kobayashi Kawai Complex's landlord, she's also in charge of cooking and caring for everyone there. Ritsu is her grandniece.
