New Guests for Montreal's Otakuthon

MONTREAL – June 19th, 2018. The Otakuthon Anime Convention unveils its second wave of guests, including artists from the universes of video games, voice acting, cosplay and YouTube.

The convention welcomes Hiroshi Matsuyama, president and director of CyberConnect2, the incredibly lively video game developing studio, known for titles such as the .hack series, the Naruto: Ultimate Ninja series and Asura's Wrath.

Otakuthon also announces North American voice actresses Lauren Landa (Dead or Alive 5, Attack on Titan, BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger, Soul Calibur V, Sailor Moon) and Erica Mendez (Kill la Kill, Hunter x Hunter, Little Witch Academia, Sailor Moon, Seven Deadly Sins).

Known from their YouTube channel Mother's Basement, Geoff Thew and cosplayer Tenleid will be meeting their fans at the convention. On their channel, Geoff Thew dives deep into analysis of various anime series in his videos, sometimes serious, sometimes humorous.

It will be possible to meet the above guests and more from August 3rd to August 5th 2018 at Otakuthon. Other guests include CAPCOM Live, fhána, Maidreamin and many more. Every music guest will perform on stage at the festival. Visit Otakuthon's web site for the complete and up to date guest list.
