Consulate General of Japan in Kolkata Screens 'Spring Sky and Fall Sky, Her Voiceless Song' Animated Shorts on March 30

The Consulate General of Japan in Kolkata announced on Monday it is hosting the Japan Talkies film screening and will screen the "Spring Sky and Fall Sky" and "Her Voiceless Song" animated short films at Nandan, West Bengal Film Center on March 30. "Spring Sky and Fall Sky" will screen at 4:25 p.m. IST and "Her Voiceless Song" will screen at 5:40 p.m. IST.

Takashi Muramatsu directed 22-minute the short film, which premiered in 2020.
The Consulate General of Japan in Kolkata describes "Her Voiceless Song": "An animated short film that deals with a child's life and journey with his pet dog."
Nobuyoshi Suzuki directed the 14-minute short film, which premiered in 2020.
Japan Talkies will take place at the Nandan 3 theater on March 30-31. The first set of screenings took place at the Nazrultirtha Cinema Hall, Newtown.
