posted on by Karen Ressler
Frontwing (The Fruit of Grisaia) opened an official English website for its Corona Blossom PC visual novel on Thursday. In addition, the company began streaming the game's opening movie, featuring the song "Happy! Corona Blossom" written and performed by Halko Momoi. Both the video and the website reveal that the game is slated for this summer.
Corona Blossom will be available with English subtitles provided by Frontwing's in-house translation team. The game will be available through Steam first, and a physical version will follow in Japan. The game is rated all ages, but an 18+ patch will be sold separately.
The cast includes:
- Hana Akino as R-ne
- Yukina Fujimori as Shino Akune
- Mao Tachibana as Kumiko Kirishima
- Minori Harusaki as Kanade Hioki
- Mia Naruse as Lily Lucalusa Shamony
- Ryoko Teduka as Yunie Mariette Panini
Scenario writer Yuhi Nanao (From the Future Undying) is working on the game alongside character designer Nanaca Mai (Grisaia series SD art). The pair last worked together on Frontwing's Yukikoi Melt game.
