Nintendo Mobile announced with a video on Tuesday that Myrrh and L'Arachel from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones are joining Fire Emblem Heroes as playable characters. A new version of Eirika will also be available in the same "Sacred Memories" summoning event, and the new heroes will be accompanied by a new story chapter.
The new summoning event will become available at 11:00 p.m. PST on Wednesday.
Since launching Book II in November, the game has added Soleil, Shiro, and Siegbert from Fire Emblem Fates and Micaiah, Sothe, and Zelgius from Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. It has also added a new original "Legendary Hero" Gunnthrá.
The game will also offer another Legendary Hero summoning event from January 30 to February 4.
In the game, players take on the role of a summoner who can summon heroes from previous Fire Emblem games. The characters have new illustrations from a variety of artists and newly recorded voice-overs. Like the main games in the Fire Emblem series, Fire Emblem Heroes features tactical battles where the player commands an army. In addition to the main quest, the game offers a training mode for leveling up the characters.
