Crunchyroll also added music videos from K-pop groups OH MY GIRL, 2PM, and GOT7.

Well, that's an interesting approach (and I say that as a K-pop fan for 10 years). I'm not sure if Crunchyroll's intention is to pander to the wider K-pop fanbase despite these MVs of these K-pop idols/artists are already available on Youtube (something that majority of J-pop/Japanese labels have not really done for a long time).

So are there any plans for Crunchyroll to have music video from more well-known K-pop groups like Blackpink, BTS, NCT 127, Red Velvet, Aespa, NewJeans, Le Sserafim, TWICE, & Fifty Fifty on their catalog?

If Crunchyroll is going to pander to that demographic, they might as well include the music video from more current well-known and household names amongst the wider K-pop fandom if they're going to put K-pop music video on their streaming catalog.

Must have missed this announcement, but that's a pretty cool thing to add to the service

So what would happen if I want a track? Just a track...
Not streammed through anything, just a single track... to have when ever I want?

What does one do if they want song and albums a la carte, and don't want to deal with Apple?

Well, as I said on my first post, Japanese music labels & agencies are so difficult hence why J-music including J-pop and anisongs are hard to find on streaming services like Apple Music, and Spotify.

It's no wonder why J-music never made it mainstream in the US compared to their K-pop counterpart are getting today. So don't expect a J-pop MV to get 1 billion views under 24 hours like K-pop is getting these days.
